Intro
Dear recruiters, colleagues, friends, family, and everyone reading this page. I built this site mainly to capture my professional career in one place, but also to share some personal side projects. I'm NOT a big fan of social media; this is my preferred way to summarize who I am and what I do.
I'm {age} years old. I was born in Pula and have lived in Zagreb since my studies in Varaždin. Croatia is my home.
My career
I've spent thirteen years in commercial software since 2013. I started as a hands-on developer, grew into leading teams, and I still design systems and write code rather than only managing delivery. AI is a daily tool, not a side experiment: I design fluid, AI-oriented workflows for myself and for the teams I lead, with clear handoffs, verification, and guardrails so speed does not trade away judgment.
I help organizations turn technical complexity into clear direction, durable platforms, stronger engineering capability, and measurable outcomes. My work connects strategy to execution across architecture, product systems, operations, and applied AI while I stay close enough to the work that decisions stay grounded in reality.

What I bring
I bring new ideas to the table and turn them into practical options, not slide decks. I solve problems constructively - trade-offs named early, evidence before opinion, follow-through until the fix holds in production. I think pragmatically: ship a narrow version, inspect real output, refine from concrete failure rather than debating the perfect plan.
