Path into software engineering
After completing land surveyor high school in 2009, I initially planned to study land surveying but did not pass the entry exam. I worked for a year - including as a night security guard - to save for university. That experience strengthened my commitment to a faculty education.
In 2010 I passed the entry exam for FOI and began studying software engineering. The change of direction proved decisive: a profession that is challenging, flexible, and continuously growing.
Teaching while studying
