Selected projects

Secure payment operations platform

Built a web platform for teams that move money on behalf of clients - onboarding payees, reviewing pending transfers, approving releases, and reconciling history. Access is gated with two-factor authentication on every sensitive action; operators and administrators have separate roles so nobody can bypass the approval chain. The goal was practical security: credentials never shared, no payout without verification, and a clear audit trail finance can trust.

Affiliate marketing - full-stack performance engineering

Years of deep, hands-on work owning the affiliate performance stack end to end - not configuring tools for others, but building and running the systems that connect ad spend to verified revenue. That means provisioning landing pages, wiring postback relays and network integrations (Everflow, Cake, Voluum), standing up Conversion API server-side events so attribution survives browser loss, and building the dashboards and exports finance and media buyers actually use.

Alongside delivery: fraud and traffic-quality controls (NoIP-style IP filtering), custom attribution when off-the-shelf trackers fall short, and a custom fork of bir.ch when the commercial rules engine needed client-specific workflows. On paid media: a Business Manager operations console (billing, finance, spend, account inventory, resync pipelines) and rule-based automation across Meta and TikTok - token lifecycle, scheduled metric rules, pause/start and budget actions, live performance views.

Crypto trading systems

Ongoing work on automated crypto trading bots - not one script, but a small family of systems. One stack runs an hourly allocator with hard safety gates, exchange integration, operational dashboard, and Telegram alerting; decisions are model-assisted with explicit fallback to hold when inference fails. A larger copilot-style platform layers graded trade setups, multi-source signal confluence, a shadow ledger for paper-only evaluation, and backtesting so every rule is tested against history before it touches live capital.

Clearance Spot

eCommerce platform fed by web crawlers across five retailers - 300,000+ products indexed daily with Solr search and API layer; native iOS app mirroring the web experience.

Interlingual Subtitle Voicing App - University of Surrey

A web app built for the University of Surrey to support speech-to-text translation. Research project using Google’s speech-to-text API to aid translation of TV shows and movies - aimed at improving the efficiency and quality of the subtitle workflows used by Netflix and other media companies.

Hackathon winner - Faculty of Organization and Informatics

24-hour faculty hackathon - winning team of four. Built a web app for blood-donation institutes and a mobile app for donors; healthcare partners later adopted the concept for continued development.
